Just a simple app that manages entry and exit protocols. Can be used anywhere you need to screen people before they enter or exit an area such as a building or an estate.
The app enables residents in an estate or occupants in a building send secured access details to the person(s) manning the entrance or exit points. No need to be calling the security or the security calling you, or asking the visitor to call you to confirm if the visitor should be allowed access or not. The app does all that for you, seamlessly, with assured security.

How does it work?
An admin needs to first create an entity (e.g. estate association, building, etc.), and then add the names of those members who can grant entry / exit codes. These could be residents in the association or workers in a building for example.
Once an entity has been created and members names added, the entity members (e.g. residents, building occupants, organization employees etc) can then generate access details. The access details include the visitor name and or vehicle plate number, whether they are entering or exiting and the validity period of the pass. The access detail is sent via sms to the mobile phone of the person(s) checking visitors, such as security personnel. The person(s) checking can then verify the code and allow or deny access.
A unique code is auto generated and added to the message that is sent via sms. All access details for an entity are serialized to enhance validity. Messages also have a link that can be used to validate the message that is received at the gate or security.

Generating codes for visitors
Entity members may include estate residents or occupants / workers in a building. Only the entity admin (or creator) can add names to its list of members. Each member is given a login code to access the entity site
The access detail that is generated by a host (entity member) is valid for a specific time period only. It includes the visitor name and / or vehicle plate number, and other information that are used to authenticate the access details. The host sends it via sms to the mobile phone at the security or those checking the access details. When the visitor comes, the security personnel checks whether the access details such as name of visitor and vehicle plate number match the visitor before they grant or deny pass.
